Sulva v. Isaacson

A smoking father agreed to refrain from smoking around his 12-year-old son as a condition of his visitation rights.  The son suffers from bronchitis, a condition that can be aggravated by his father’s smoking around him.  The agreement became part of the court’s order in the case.  See “It’s No Smoking or No Visit with Son,” Chicago Tribune, January 16, 1992, section 1, page 7.
