After remand, 93 N.M. 337, 600 P.2d 283, the District Court awarded partial temporary disability benefits. The Court of Appeals held that the worker who, following his collapse at work due to an allergic reaction to tobacco smoke, was unable to obtain a job which would utilize his electronic skills due to his allergic reaction to tobacco smoke was disabled for purposes of the workmen’s compensation law.
