Wilk v. Wilk

The trial court granted primary custody to the nonsmoking mother who, inter alia, was advised by a doctor that the children, one of whom was asthmatic, should not be taken to the father’s home because the father smokes.  The Missouri Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court did not err in awarding custody of the minor children to the mother.
