Mahan v. Huggins, et al.

A nonsmoking prisoner who suffers from asthma and “very strong allergic reactions to smoke” complained that he is “being housed with and near persons who heavily smoked.”  He brought suit seeking an injunction requiring him to be placed in a smoke-free environment.
