LaCroix v. Williams, et al.

A plaintiff inmate sued the defendants in a civil rights action.  Defendants had moved for summary judgment which was granted, as Plaintiff did not respond to the motion.  Even if this had not been the case, “plaintiff failed to show that he had been incarcerated under conditions posing a substantial risk of serious harm and that prison officials were deliberately indifferent to his health or safety, or that defendants engaged in any retaliation.
