After a hearing the child court concluded that two children should continue in the temporary custody of a family services agency and not with their paternal grandmother. The Court of Appeals of Ohio affirmed the trial court’s judgment, ruling, inter alia, that the guardian ad litem had observed an ashtray on the grandmother’s table and that this cause the guardian concern since one of the children had received orders from a hospital that there should be a nonsmoking environment around the child.
