Daniel v. Williams, et al.

Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit due to the secondhand smoke seeping from Williams’ townhouse into their unit.  A temporary restraining order was issued, ordering Williams “forthwith to desist and refrain from smoking in her residence, the townhouse adjoining the Daniel residence,” for a period of fourteen days.  Williams was allowed to “smoke either on her patio or porch or in public areas of the Estancia complex” where both parties live.
