Attar v. Comdata Network, Inc.

Plaintiff sued his company, alleging that the company’s policy guide assured the plaintiff that he would have a job after he took a medical leave but that it did not live up to its promise.  The leave was due to heart trouble, aggravated in part by exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke on the job.  On July 30, 1992, the lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice.
